I came yesterday evening for the spot-free rinse wash. Unfortunately, Bay 2 was not working, and there were no staff present who could assist me with a refund. There was also no signboard indicating that the bay was out of order. I tried calling you twice since this morning, but there was no answer, even during business hours. Eventually, I had to pay again and use Bay 3 to wash my car. I am a regular customer and have never faced such an issue before. I would like to request a refund for the money wasted on Bay 2. Vacuum not working in bay 2. The guy eventually came over only to tell me it's out of order despite no sign. Disappointed because I come here all the time. This guy must be making a fortune collecting people's coins knowing the vacuum didn't work.
