Absolutely love the environment here!!! Shaun has a wealth of knowledge, around Personal Training and Muay Thai kickboxing. I highly recommend!!!!!
Shaun is an amazing coach who takes time to prepare every class and prepare every personal training for the day. He is someone who really loves being a PT and someone who takes care about everything is clean in the gym. He is always improving and thinking to give the best to each client. The gym have a good vibe and everyone is welcome 😊
Shaun is very professional in his approach to his business. He takes the time to help and teach people of all ages and abilities. The gym is in a good location and well set out. Weather its boxing, muai thai or general gym work, everything is covered and shauns vast and extensive knowledge of all aspects of fitness is exceptional.
I am training with Shaun/Guns at Dawn Fitness since over a year now and I can highly recommend him. He is a professional, ambitious and caring PT who helped me to reach my goals and enjoying sport again. If you are looking for a cool gym with positive vibes and atmosphere you have to check it out.
