This is the best gym ever! I have never, in my life woken up each day wanting to go work out, but the owner, Stephanie makes you feel like you can do anything! Guns & Buns is the most supportive, team environment I've ever been a part of! She offers everything from chair to boot camp, and adapts to your level! I can't say enough good things about Guns & Buns! Give it a try!!
Stephanie has created a safe space for anyone to improve their health in a positive atmosphere. She works with various eating plans and exercise levels. Many people wonder where to start on their health journey. You would do no better than to contact Stephanie and get started! Even if you are not located in her area, she would love to talk to you about your goals. She's my life coach and helped me with the science of health and encourages me to keep going. This place is super cool. Coach Stephanie let me park my tractor on the property while I exercised. As a truck driver we really get out of shape but coach Stephanie has the ability to modify any workout to fit our needs. She has a body scanner to help us see exactly what our health is looking like and nutrition drinks with protein and energy that is 1,000 times healthier than drinking monster . Thank you coach Stephanie, you are amazing.
