Ahmad, Adam, and Rayan make personal training a fun and enjoyable experience while never compromising on the quality of each workout. I'm a complete beginner when it comes to working out. I felt so embarrassed to finally go to a gym in my 30s and learn how to workout when it felt like everyone else was way ahead of me, but the best thing I ever did for myself was buy a package here. Ahmed, Adam and Ryan are the best. Unfortunately, I filled out the online contact form and never heard back about my inquiry to join the gym. I also called the contact number on the website - no answer and the voicemail isn’t set up to leave a message.
Working with Ahmad, Adam, and Ryan has been nothing short of challenging, exhausting, and most importantly fun. Not only do you receive the benefits of a positive workout, but it’s truly an hour that takes away from all of the stressors the world can offer. If you’re even thinking about joining Gunny’s Garage, do yourself a favor and just show up. You won’t regret it!
Where to start! Ahmad and Adam, & now the weight police Ryan, are nothing short of amazing!
