This is the second time Gunnys has had to come out because my air was not blowing cool. I bought the units in April of 2026. They were right here after I called. Now blowing cool.
I want to give a shout out to Theresa the office manager. My mom is 75 years old and her ac has been down for 2 weeks, other local companies either didn’t have an appointment available or just didn’t seem concerned for the elderly. Not Theresa she listened to my concerns and was able to schedule a technician right away. I think my mom waited 30 minutes. Called for service Monday morning and was given an appointment for 1400-1600. I later received an email that listed a 1500 appointment. By 1635 no one had showed up or called to say they were running late. At 1640 I called to cancel because of no-show and no-call. Can’t comment on the actual service, I didn’t get any.
Our toilet wasn't flushing very well called Gunnys and they showed up first thing in the morning and were able to fix it pretty fast. I'm just grateful everything is back to normal thank you very much.
