I realized on Sunday evening that our air conditioner didn't work and contacted Gunny Pepper AC via their website and sent them photos of the equipment. On Monday evening Gunny called and asked if it would be OK for him to stop out as he was on his way home for the night. He surveyed the equipment and then started troubleshooting. It was 8 o'clock at night but by 9 o'clock he had replaced the broken motor and we had air conditioning again. Bravo Zulu, Gunny
