Got a small black forest cake for my birthday… just disappointing honestly. Cake - dry Cherry filling- nice and tart but there was so little of it What is traditionally whipped cream was instead cake frosting…? The maraschinos on top were fine
Don't waste your time trying to call and speak to someone there as I had to call three times to speak with a manager with no avail. Sadly, today I am complaining about the disgusting apple turnovers including the cherry one. The pastry tastes like wallpaper paste - dull and hard and a sad mess. The fillings were just a smear and you need a magnifying glass to see them. You need to get rid of the baker that's making them or find a new recipe. The greatest bread
I had such a wonderful visit to this bakery. The atmosphere is lovely and you can tell everything is made with real care. The selection is impressive and smells absolutely incredible. I picked up a few treats, including some perfectly golden cinnamon rolls and those fresh, sesame-topped buns that looked like they just came out of the oven. Everything tastes as good as it looks.
