The receptionist was SO RUDE!! She made us feel like we were the biggest nuisance for coming into urgent care. My husband wouldn’t walk on his own and when I asked fie help she said “if he can’t get in here on his own he is not welcome to come in”. What????? YOU ARE AN URGENT CARE!!! When I initially called for information the woman who answered the phone was very rude. Acted like I should know how this place operates despite never being there. Made me feel stupid and uncomfortable for asking basic questions. While ill no less. Such compassion. When I saw the PA, Kara Gehan, I explained that I was sure I had a respiratory infection as I am prone to them (and am quite familiar with my 62 year old body). Definitely would never recommend this place to anyone. The waiting time of two hours to see a doctor is ridiculous, and no communication about that wait time is too. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t gotten a call about my test results which only take 48 hours. Front desk lady is also rude for no reason. If you’re going to up your price, at least give good service.
BEWARE! From a service perspective, the people here are friendly and attentive. See my original review below. But from an institutional perspective, this place has shady business practices. Thanks to the arcane rules built into our lovely US healthcare system, this place is allowed to bill you TWICE: once for the practitioner, and once for the hospital that this facility is associated with. I saw quite a few negative reviews here, so I wanted to share my very positive review. I was in town visiting, and my cold had been worsening, so I paid a visit. They saw me quickly, treated me well, and were very courteous. They're probably the only game in town, so it's not like you have a choice. But I definitely did not have the same experience as some of the negative reviews here.
