I had a wonderful experience with Gunnison County Abstract. I needed to arrange a "courtesy closing" to remotely close on the sale of a residential property in Georgia. They were very helpful in accommodating the time I needed to get it done. Gayla Nelson received the documents, organized my end of the closing and handled notarizing and making sure the documents were complete and handled in a timely manner. The fee was also very reasonable.

Gala is one of the rudest people I have worked with in the real estate industry over the past 20 years. She went out of her way to make the simple process as uncomfortable as possible for me and the other parties involved. I will definitely go out of my way to choose a different company to work with in the future this was my second transaction with this company and it is 100% my last. I hope that Management finds this and works with her to get her attitude in check

I am incredibly impressed with the service at Gunnison County Abstract Company, even as a non-paying customer. Dillon went above and beyond to explain the relevant Colorado Statute and clarify a unique and complex property purchase. They demonstrated knowledge, expertise and kindness.
