Today was my first time at 24/7 Gym with high hopes for a convenient and effective workout experience. While the gym’s accessibility and cardio area are definite pluses, I found myself quite disappointed with the other equipment. A lot of the machines are noticeably outdated and not as user-friendly as I'd hoped.
Kevin and Leona are always so friendly and welcoming—they never miss a chance to say hello. The gym has a fantastic atmosphere, and I truly enjoyed working out there for over a year!
I dig it. Good place to get your body and mind right. Price is fair, and the atmosphere is better than the big name gyms that people go to to make Instagram videos.
Not every gym where a world record holder will show you where to watch the baby foxes out back between sets and shoot a form check video for you.
