Bought a Mitsubishi ASX. The car was detailed but no service was done at all. The car had low coolant level, and no fuel. The low fuel light came on with trip to Moonta. When told of it, it was smiled about. Just another car yard I wont deal with. I have since had a call from the Service Manager who will take steps to rectify my concerns, basic car service, fuelled up and an apology. Thanks for the call and reassurance of getting concerns fixed. 10/10 for getting onto it quickly even on a public holiday.
Had my vehicle in for service today , the young lady on the counter isn’t doing the company any favours with her dismissive and impersonal attitude - I’ve had enough being spoken to like a number instead of a valued customer, her counter manner isn’t good.
We don't drive from the lower Yorke Peninsula to Gunnings at Kadina just because they have an exceptional service team and talented mechanics, we go to Gunnings because their brilliant customer service is second to none !!!! Thanks John and Natalie, you always go above and beyond, and your exceptional customer service is greatly appreciated. I can't recommend Gunnings Kadina highly enough !!
Excellent Service Had issues with my car and they found out the problem also kept me in the loop on what parts needed replacing.
