We chose Gunner CT based on the reviews seen here and their low pricing. Unfortunately, according to the VP of Operations (Jacqueline), they did not send out their "A-Team" initially and our experience was incredibly poor. To keep this review short, here are a few of the issues we had: 1) Project managers did not listen to us: our original project manager, Chris, completely ignored us when we asked them to cover our pool before starting the job. Overall good experience. Work was completed efficiently when on site and they complied with paperwork requirements necessary for our funding sources. Communication during the process could have been better regarding when crews would be on site. Price was a bit on the higher end, but houses look great upon completion.
