We called to make a reservation for Father’s Day weekend, and we didn’t reach them the first time. They called me back within 30 minutes, so it is clear they can see who is calling. When we connected, we made the reservation, and they charged a $200 deposit. We called to cancel 7 times before the 48-hour cancellation refund window stated on the website. Don't waste your time. Even with planning in advance, you are most likely going to get an excuse and no boat on the date of your reservation.
This company is under new ownership and management, so know that all reviews prior to June 2024 essentially don’t apply. If you rent, please thoroughly check over the boat for safety and maintenance issues and that it has the full tank of gas you are expecting. I believe the new owner and folks working here are good people, trying their best to get along and figure out how to run a business, but are having some problems along the way.
