We called to make a reservation for Father’s Day weekend, and we didn’t reach them the first time. They called me back within 30 minutes, so it is clear they can see who is calling. When we connected, we made the reservation, and they charged a $200 deposit. We called to cancel 7 times before the 48-hour cancellation refund window stated on the website.
