Hit by employees car in parking lot! Horriable place to have car worked on. Employees do not know how to drive. Was almost struck by an employee's Blue PT Cruser entering parking lot on the wrong side of the driveway and it was my fault. Who knew this place was full of jack holes who have no common courtesy. DO NOT LET THIS PLACE DRIVE YOU CAR!!!!!!!!
Fixed one thing, something else broken I have used Gunnell's a few times and have been satisfied with their service before. However, this last time I had something fixed and then something else was broken when I picked it up. I had never had a problem with that issue before, but all the manager said was, "We can't be held responsible for other things that brake while in our care." I won't be going back.
Gunnells Tire is very trust worthy!! Gunnells is a very trust worthy business. I have always had a positive experience. I was refered to them by my brother who has always gone to them and swears he will never go any where else!!
Honest, family business. If you are like me and get intimidated any time you have to do anything with your car, this is the place for you. I bought tires for my car from Gunnells and was really pleased with the service. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. I said I wanted safe but inexpensive tires and that is exactly what the sold me. A+ Service I will never go anywhere else. I can always trust the guys at Gunnell's. They are fast, efficient and go the extra mile. I had a repair done there once and it was going to take longer than I expected. Mr. Gunnell himself loaded me up in his big truck and gave me a ride home AND offered to pick me up when it was done. No B.S. about warranties or installation charges just straight forward costs and continued support on rotations and balancing. They are awesome.
