Hardest and most painful teeth cleaning of my life. Absolutely refused service to a black patient that HAD an appointment. Left her sitting in the chair and never spoke to her again after initial check in.
Will not answer a phone . Called 15 times in 2 hrs and they just keep hanging up after being on hold forever. Do better answer the damn phone.
They have no idea what there doing Rude and only focus on making a dollar . I don't recommend her even for a cleaning . The receptionists are stuck up and rude also . They read the wrong x-rays also they accused me of having surgery and piercings when I didn't to only come back laughing saying they was looking at the wrong x ray .
Do you want a competent and professional dentist? Or do you want delightful chit-chat and cheerful banter? Dr. Gunnell and her staff are professional and get to work on you as a patient. You are there for dental services (obviously), and they'll get you taken care of. They are NOT there to ask about your day, your family, your social life, or your pets. Get in, sit down, shut up, get your X-rays, cleanings and exams, and then get out.
Very rude on the phone! Will not answer the phone and puts you on hold for 10 minutes and then hangs up.
