Could not be happier with the service I received from the team at Gunadah Toyota. Just got delivery of our new Hiace van and the experience was top notch. The communication was excellent and we were made to feel like we mattered and not just a customer. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Highly recommend 👌 Crystal was a pleasure to deal with along with the rest of the team.
Get some people skills
Booked in early online for a regular service, received booking confirmation but ended up my booking wasn’t even on their book????? And they couldn’t do anything except from keep scrolling their screen and say that is bizarre but could not even make an effort to squeeze me in obviously it’s their fault. What’s the point for us to have an option to make the booking online if it doesn’t work properly? Such a big waste of time and wouldn’t even come back again. Very disappointed.
Just purchased a used BT50 over the phone/internet and picked the car up today. Service was great and would happily deal with them again. Thanks Crystal
