Poor time management & customer communication. Well mannered office lady though.
Took three months repair my car after waiting eight months to book it in. The entire job from start to finish took 12 months. Order the wrong part then told took six weeks to order a new bull bar then instead of having it booked in for calibration this took an extra time. It took so long the battery went flat and Allianz would not cover this. Told that had to detail the car that involved just a wash. The car was returned dirty trims falling off and flat battery.
