Updated Review: I need to drop my review rating. Jacob no longer works at this agency. No one from this office emailed me to let me know they were my new agent. I emailed Jacob asking for updated quotes and bundling options. AJ originally emailed back with numbers that I could have found myself on my Progressive portal. I have emailed AJ, the Goosehead Service department, and Gunnar multiple times to follow up....all three entities have ghosted me.
