Also, there website is trash and didn't even load. You can't even cancel appts online and have to call the rude front desk to schedule an appt and they constantly change your appt time!!! If I could give negative reviews, I would.
Worst practice I've ever been to. The psychiatrist is always constantly over 2 hours late and didn't even show up towards the end. I called to complaint and the customer service was rude and told me to be patient and that they would contact me in 15 mins. Guess what, 2+ hours for the call and that was last time. No apologies or explanations on the tardiness either. Finally, they didn't even call the last time!!! If you rely on these people for your medications then you are screwed.
