It took them a few days to get to me. But that was no issue. I just figured they’re in high demand = good business. I was right. Once someone came out Sunday. We were looking for financing. The financing that was offered was NOT acceptable, just really not in my budget. Tuesday I found reasonable financing through my bank. It is currently Tuesday evening the 2 man crew just left and I have a new furnace and AC unit. Jeremy and Luis were very informative and understanding.
Gunn Heating and Cooling showed up to help me on the coldest day of the year! Showed up within an hour of my phone call, quickly diagnosed, gave me a fair bid, and had me squared away quickly. The team was very kind and worked their butts off on the coldest day of the year to replace my HVAC!
Had a great experience with Gunn Heating and Cooling. Jeremy was extremely prompt and professional and got us on the schedule immediately to repair our furnace. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and even fixed a squeaking sound that was driving me crazy. We will definitely be using Gunn for all of our future HVAC services.
They provided same day service for a furnace that went out and they resolved the problem quickly.
After contacting GUNN Heating & Coolin LLC we were scheduled for and provided a very reasonable estimate. Workers arrived as scheduled and quickly replaced our water heater and furnace in one day. We especially like the ease of texting with Jeremy and his quick replies. We highly recommend GUNN.
