My car required repair of a “scrape” along the passenger side doors. I dropped the car off on Mon am and retrieved it late Wed afternoon. The work was extremely well done! The average viewer would never know work had been done there. If a business has poor customer service I will not be back and I will warn other Consumers of my experience. Likewise if the Customer Service is OUTSTANDING as was the case with Christian Patino (Customer Service Manager). He made me feel that I was a valued customer and went beyond just being courteous. And he did it in a very GENUINE and relaxed manner. Kudos to Gunn Collision Northwest for hiring First Class talent.
Gunn collision was great to work with. My car looks great, and I got multiple calls to update me on the status of my car. Brian is who helped me, and he was more than pleasant and helpful.
I have had friends use this location before and was pleased to find out for myself that they do a great job. Chris was extremely professional and personable. I appreciate the way he communicated with me on the progress of the repairs and how quickly it was done. I am also pleased with the repairs as well. Thank you Gunn & Chris.
