My service experience was a terrible. Paid $150 for an alignment on new 2025 Tahoe. Shortly after I left the dealership, the vehicle pulled dangerously to the left, front collision warning was disengaged, and cruise and steering control inoperable. Keeping the vehicle between the lines was difficult. Had to drive the 20 miles back to the dealer(40 miles round trip) to find out it wasn't aligned correctly. The clutch pedal position sensor had already been recalibrated properly using GM’s official tools, but the warning kept coming back. Charles Clark, my service advisor, went above and beyond. He and the techs at Gunn didn’t just throw parts at the problem—they dug deep and found the real root cause: The brand-new brak... read more

Bought my 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 in February. Had issues, took 2 times in shop to get fixed within the first 4 weeks of purchase. Had to buy 2 new batteries in July, just looked in my repair papers from issues and it states that the batteries were changed in February as well when I had truck in shop a few days after purchase. So it doesn't appear the batteries were actually changed out or I would not of had to purchase 2 new ones in July. I don't think the service department is truthful on their supposed repair orders at ... read more
