If you NEED ANYTHING FROM THE NURSES AS FAR AS INFO OR CALL BACK YOU CAN FORGET IT. THEY WILL IF YOUR LUCKY MAY GET BACK TO YOU 5 days later. They are the WORST STAFF OF PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I’VE EVER SEEN!!
If you care about the health of you and your loved ones, please refrain from using the services provided at Aspirus Waupaca Clinic. Frankly, I would be nervous to even have a routine physical exam at this facility. Was literally denied services. Very unfriendly and rude remarks on the phone. Will never again
Having lots of trouble getting my prescription! Several requests from the pharmacy went there and they said they are not showing any. Will see if I get a response to my phone call there for the med that I need.
