Both providers here are fantastic, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Amazing to call and get the actual office personnel. Can’t say enough positive things! They take their time and I have never felt rushed.
If you NEED ANYTHING FROM THE NURSES AS FAR AS INFO OR CALL BACK YOU CAN FORGET IT. THEY WILL IF YOUR LUCKY MAY GET BACK TO YOU 5 days later. They are the WORST STAFF OF PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I’VE EVER SEEN!!
If you care about the health of you and your loved ones, please refrain from using the services provided at Aspirus Waupaca Clinic. Frankly, I would be nervous to even have a routine physical exam at this facility. To begin, our experience thus far has been quite stressful and nerve-wracking, with Carri Schacherl, NP and Ellen (whom I believe to be a CNA) seeing us during our most recent visit.
