have been waiting for over an hour, yet according to their system, my wait time is recorded as only 46 minutes. People who arrived after me and had higher queue numbers were seen before I was. Whether it's due to a system error or a mistake by the receptionist, it's extremely frustrating. I don't honestly know what they do here. We've gone 3 times now. Each time the wait time is ludicrous, to the point of making going to emergency faster. How lucky to have this place! I got in within an hour, all was free. The nurse practitioner was lovely and knowledgeable. We really are lucky in Australia.

Waits were long, no compassion. Not genuine at all. More worried about closing up which meant kicking out patients that came in just a few minutes late according to their cut off times. If your bleeding but felt that these guys can deal with it. Please let the hospitals be your first choice. You will bleed to death in the waiting area and probably be blamed for it.
