I’ve been here a few times and all the nurses have been amazing. They are friendly, professional, take their time to listen and try their absolute best to help you. The level of care has exceeded what I’d get for the same problem at the GP. Just note that they have long waits and may not be able to help if your issue requires a GP or another medical professional.
Both Nurses Megan and Belinda who treated my ear infection, are the best.
I recently visited the Gungahlin walk in Center and was attended by a staff member named Jill. she was incredibly kind, empathetic, and professional. Jill made the experience comfortable and showed genuine care throughout. I really appreciate the wonderful service she provided and just want to say thank you for the hard work she is doing.
Mum had reduced hearing in one ear, so we visited the centre looking for some help. Nurse Kris not only had addressed mum's concerns with utmost attention, but also showed genuine warmth and compassion. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a healthcare professional who truly makes a difference.
The worst walk-in centre that I ever seen. Take so long to be attended. The last time after wait for almost 3h they didn’t attend my daughter and I had to go to the hospital. Terrible. They should close.
