I had tried to book appointment in person last Friday when I was told my Doctor wouldn’t return until Sunday. I accessed hotdoc and had to settle for my long consult on Wednesday evening at 7pm My appointment was canceled at 6.20pm, mere minutes after I boarded my bus. I tried to call multiple times but receptionist only answered once to say “please stop calling”. Dr Satila Zafreen is awesome. We have been patient at this practice for many years and are always happy with the care dr treats us and very good at prescribing and diagnosis.
