I went there today (7/9/25) and the receptionist was such a cow, she was so so rude to me and my toddler. Didn’t even say hello when we did and acted so annoyed when I asked if there was a toilet my toddler could use. The Dr on the other hand was very lovely and really good with my child but I will not be returning.
Receptionist were very rude. No sense of customer service at all.
A few years ago, three months after an injury I wanted to see my doctor to discuss why it’s taking so long to heal. My doctor was away and so consulted a lady doctor. She said to me (who was already depressed about the injury), “What do you expect. You are an old man and it’s winter. It will take a while to heal.” That was not at all a good experience. 😩
