Receptionist were very rude. No sense of customer service at all.
A few years ago, three months after an injury I wanted to see my doctor to discuss why it’s taking so long to heal. My doctor was away and so consulted a lady doctor. She said to me (who was already depressed about the injury), “What do you expect. You are an old man and it’s winter. It will take a while to heal.” That was not at all a good experience. 😩
Excellent service and doctors
I had a highly professional experience with an experienced doctor who provided a precise diagnosis and accurate treatment. While it's common for patients to wait a bit longer than scheduled in most GP clinics, I found the wait worthwhile. Receiving the right treatment is far more important than a minor delay. I'm grateful to Gungahlin Medical and Surgical Centre for their excellent care and valuable medical advice. Thank you for looking after my health.
