Absolutely appalling... I had 2 telehealth appointments . BOTH TIMES DOCTOR NEVER CALLED.. Both times was told doctor was running late they will call in 20 mins. Still waiting...When I rung i was told "sorry the doctor has gone home" Absolutely MEGA PISSED OFF.. Why have telehealth appointments within the practice when you never get called
Absolutely terrible! The receptionist has no customer service nor care. First time at this practice and won’t be back.
Receptionist is super rude. I have had bad experience multiple times. This is the lady with headscarf, I really recommend she looks for another job where she doesn't need to deal with people, specially people who are obviously not well and that's why they are visiting the clinic.
Would give -10 if I could Reception staff extremely rude and unhelpful, does not advise when checking in the Dr is running behind. The Dr himself was rude and rushing the appointment. Would never recommend this place.
