The front of office staff have been very helpful and polite, nurse and doctors very helpful, sometimes we have to be kind and patient, if we are behind a person with several problems as it may be our turn to need extra time next visit. Is there a "be kind to doctors week?" Cheers If you are worried about having a long wait bring some knitting or a good book (eBook & earplugs).
Waste my money seeing dr khaleda edib, made a diagnosis about my situation prescribe me a medicine but i get worse. Btw. Saw the doctor for 2 mins only. Never again with this facility.
I went there today (7/9/25) and the receptionist was such a cow, she was so so rude to me and my toddler. Didn’t even say hello when we did and acted so annoyed when I asked if there was a toilet my toddler could use. The Dr on the other hand was very lovely and really good with my child but I will not be returning.
Receptionist were very rude. No sense of customer service at all.
