You go before your appointment and have to wait about an hour to see a doctor. It is preferable to close the center and open a grocery store if you are not able to organize appointments
I have been attending this practice for about 15 years. My GP, Dr Rahman, is very caring and thorough and has treated me through several challenging times. I totally recommend GMSC.
This is one of the worst clinics. I advise everyone to avoid it. They waste patients' time needlessly and then make them wait. They give you an appointment, but when you arrive, you find others have already been seen. This has happened to me more than once. They are extremely bad, and their treatment of patients is terrible. On top of that, there's a woman who works as a receptionist; she's very rude and disrespectful to everyone.
Absolutely appalling... I had 2 telehealth appointments . BOTH TIMES DOCTOR NEVER CALLED.. Both times was told doctor was running late they will call in 20 mins. Still waiting...When I rung i was told "sorry the doctor has gone home" Absolutely MEGA PISSED OFF.. Why have telehealth appointments within the practice when you never get called
Absolutely terrible! The receptionist has no customer service nor care. First time at this practice and won’t be back.
