First time here. Food was good, service was good. Is this the portion for the $12 bowl? You tell me. 3.5 stars for the portion size. After spending $19.50 with a drink ended up having to make food at home. Maybe I got the wrong thing.

We came in an hour before close and they took our order and even came to our table to double check it was a dine in order. We waited 30 minutes and the staff just started cleaning around us. No one asked if we had received our food. They literally mopped us into our booth. After 45 minutes we finally asked about our food and were told “they didn’t get the order.” Of no one got the order as claimed, why did someone physically come to our table to ask about it if it didn’t exist? Went for dinner in the restaurant but never got our order. We came in a whole hour before they closed and placed a dine-in order. One employee even came to our table to confirm if we are dining in. People who ordered after us got their orders first. They started cleaning 30mins before the restaurant closed. Mopped the floors in front of our table. They saw us waiting and no one even approached us to ask if we got our food. Ended up asking for a refund because they said they never got our order.

The staff is fantastic, the atmosphere is great, and the food is quite good. They even provide sketchbooks and coloring pencils, so it’s always fun to doodle while I wait for my food. I’d definitely return.

Ordered delivery, all the food was pretty good but the octopus. My son's house caught fire last month and what ever the stuff is on the octopus has the same smell as that burnt house, opening the box stank up my house and touching the stuff left that smell on my hands. I've washed my hands 3 times and they still smell like burnt house. Gave it 2 stars just because the rest of the food was pretty good. Not sure what happened to the octopus.
