ANGELA is the worst person ever! (The blond woman who 'welcome' you) I came especially to this store for an IronMan fan (I've got an IronMan roof tent and I like this brand). Before buying it I ask Angela if I can return it in less than 24h if it's not working properly. She say YES no problem and gave me the receipt and all was good. We purchased a product from the Ironman brand at this establishment. At the time of purchase, we clearly asked what would happen if the product was defective, and we were told that a return would be possible. We returned the very next day because the product was of very poor quality. At that point, the story completely changed: no refund was possible. Even worse, Angela, the woman at the front desk, offered to refund only half of the amount while keeping the product to resell it. In other words, making money at our expense. ... read more
