my furnace went out on Sat night. I called them Monday morning when I got into work at 830 am. they told me all the repairmen were out on jobs already scheduled which is totally understandable. I gave them my cell number and waited. I got messages and a call right away. I had a repairman show up at my home by 930 am. very prompt! the repairman told me that the motor sounded sick and might need to be replaced. he tinkered with it some more and then said it did not need to be replaced after he fixed a connection in the system.... read more

Installed a/c in 2002. Have annual maintenance agreement with them. No problems until 2018, and they were there in 2 hours to fix it. They seem to believe that prevention is better than cure, and I do too.
I had a problem with my furnace shutting down and called Gundlach. It was on a Saturday and they responded within an hour. The problem was corrected and a follow up visit. The follow up inspection found two other problems, which were covered under the warranty and corrected. All the employees were very courteous and knew the equipment they were working on. I am very happy with the work that Gundlach did and highly recommend them.
