Had a wonderful experience for my first time going to Gundersons in Fargo. Went in with an idea of what I wanted for a time piece, ordered it and had it on my wrist only a few days later. One of the associates, Will, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Even though my purchase was relatively small I believe I was given the same high level of customer service as you’d expect when buying a Rolex or other high dollar items. Will be back!!
I had a significant work milestone that I wanted to commemorate with a new timepiece. Raven was great to work with through the process. She answered my questions and was very transparent. I was blown away when I got the call so quickly. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!
