I genuinely wish I didn’t have to write this review, but my experience with Gunderson Cleaners deserves to be shared as a cautionary tale. Amongst 13 other dress clothing items, I brought in a slim-fit dress shirt, worn only a few times, to be cleaned. When I picked it up, everything looked fine at first but within 48 hours, I noticed a perfectly straight tear about 2 inches long along the sleeve, well below the elbow. Could you delivery my jacket to the drop off laundry service I left it at weeks ago.. if I do not get my jacket I will contact the proper authorities and ask for the full reimbursement I paid for it. Enough is enough.

The service was great, the items were cleaned well. I did call to ask for a quote and was not called back until after I dropped the items off several days later. I was not told how much it would be when I dropped the items off and was a bit surprised when I was given the total upon pick up. It was more expensive than I would have guessed. Overall good service, but the quote and total are important to customers!
