Been going to Gunderson's now for a year, ever since I relocated to the Fox Valley area. However, the one on Richmond really goes a bit further than others to make me happy. First, they gave me a bag to carry my dirty laundry in. I'm guessing they do this with regulars and those that bring in a lot of clothing, but it makes it way easier for me. If you don’t deliver my jacket to the drop off I’m contacting the proper authorities… enough is enough
Went here to have a uniform dry cleaned, they said pick up in 2 days after 4pm (notably just an hour and 30 minutes before they close.) I went to get it and the woman gave me 2 items but I brought in 5. When I asked about them, she said they were put on a truck and at a different store and that she would call the store to see where it was then give me a call back.
