This review is for the infusion department. I recently visited the infusion dept with a friend who needed a special treatment for her cancer. I expected it to be a very serious and quiet place, but the nurses were all funny and smiling and making it the best possible experience for my friend. I run out of my medication every single month because its a controlled med and the Gundersen RX Line never, ever, ever calls it in for me when I have to request it, nor responds to my pharmacy requests. The insurance company red tape is not their fault but zero response for 3+ business days, "no call backs unless questions" just leaving messages then NEVER answering when called back results in days of calling around and double checking with insurance, pharmacy, TRYING to get through to anyone at Gundersen is ridiculous.
