5/5 . We've had great care at this clinic. The doctors we've seen are all fantastic, the nurses are kind and caring (big shout-out to Nurse Brad who made our little one feel so safe and good about even difficult treatments!). They work in conjunction with VMH well too!
Dr. K is one of the most advanced caring understanding PCP (Primary Care Provider) that I had ever had!!! All doctors should follow his footsteps, and do so carefully. He takes care on whole different level. Takes concerns and decisions seriously. In 2018, I had symptoms (chest pains - right side, along my heart) of an unknown condition. I found it a modern facility with comoetent and caring staff.
Saw Susanne Mlsna, NP for child's sick visit today. The MA and nurse were very kind and attentive. Susanne ordered tests for my child without having examined him, and seemed to have decided before seeing him what his diagnosis was. I asked for clarification on why one of the tests was useful/necessary given the situation. She was unable to explain why it was necessary, but continued to push for it regardless.
