Arrived via ER had Excellent care and true concern for my husband’s health. Had to transfer upstairs in hospital for care. Then transferred to different level of care. We are genuinely blessed knowing this facility is in our town. Thank you staff at St Elizabeth’s !

Then clinic never documented important info, left me with blood in urine for yrs without any treatment and never addressed my on going BS s. Very scary. If your slightly over wt you are obese.
