9 times out of 10 the ladies checking people in at the front desk seem very inconvenienced to be helping you, absolutely no smiles and just completely blah. Doesn’t make for a welcoming experience. Our Doctor is very blah and monotone as well. I actually dislike coming to this clinic very much, it gives me such anxiety. They can never find my insurance info for 3 out of 4 of my children even though we’re all on the same plan. Went in for a high heart rate from out of town . They got me in right away and got me out as soon as possible . Very nice ER staff

BUYER BEWARE! As mentioned by other reviewers, the billing practices here are appalling. My doctor referred me to the Physical Therapy department. I've had PT at other hospital-based facilities in other parts of the country and its ALWAYS a $50 copay. For 2 one-hour PT visits at Gundersen St. Elizabeth's, I was billed $821. After many rounds with a guy in the billing department and with my insurance company, I made zero progress.
