People on the phone seemed not to know anyone’s extension Saw a female podiatrist she was very pleasant but as I was walking to my car I was “what just happened in there?” She barely looked at my bunion callous bone spurs and black toenail My visit accomplished absolutely nothing
9 times out of 10 the ladies checking people in at the front desk seem very inconvenienced to be helping you, absolutely no smiles and just completely blah. Doesn’t make for a welcoming experience. Our Doctor is very blah and monotone as well. I actually dislike coming to this clinic very much, it gives me such anxiety. They can never find my insurance info for 3 out of 4 of my children even though we’re all on the same plan. Went in for a high heart rate from out of town . They got me in right away and got me out as soon as possible . Very nice ER staff
