My wife is a resident of this facility, and while I cannot dispute the previous person's perspectives as a CNA, I can state emphatically that as the spouse of a resident of Gundersen St. Elizabeth's Care Center Shields Avenue, it is the most wonderful facility I have ever seen or visited. I have gotten to know the administrative staff as well as the nurses and CNA's. They are all compassionate, caring and loving.
