As Aspirus has closed silently at the Oxford Clinic, my family needed a new health care provider. We chose Gundersen. The ability to be in contact with people, instead of a phone system is amazing. The web site is amazing, I am able to navigate and see test results. Connect with my NP. Request medication refills. Pay bills! All of us love NP Danielle. She is the definition of family medicine.
Got my DOT physical done lickety split. Appointment was only a couple days out, rather than weeks at other clinics. Provider was very nice. I would definitely consider a switch from my regular provider.
I was able to book my appointment online on Saturday, and I was seen at 10:00 AM Monday morning. I had blood work done on Monday, and test results were emailed at 7:30 the next morning, with a follow-up call by 9:00 AM. I'm very happy.
Had a 12:45 pm appointment got there at 12:10 it is now 12:33. No one came out to check use in, say good afternoon. They know we are here!!!! Ladies walking all around can hear them having their pow wow in back!! Can we please get checked in!!!!🤨🤨🤨!!! I was nice to get a faster date for appointment but next time I think we will wait for our regular doc!!
It was worth the 60 mile drive for appointment with NP Dilley,needed a physical,and was a pleasant experience,NP Dilley makes a person feel like they matter,and she has a fantastic personality that makes an impression that she is down to earth,hope to see her again in another 2 years...
