I am very happy that this Dept is Open when it is. When I cant get my labs in during the week I know I can get in to do my labs on Sat. As long as they are not busy. They are an exceptionally trained team of people. I wish I could ask for their help when im in the hospital. Most people cant stick my veins to get a line in. They usually blow both arms until they find the best of the best. I still love the way I get treated. I just wish they listened to the patient more.

Went there after a car crash, waited over an hour plenty of doctors talking outside the door talking but nobody wanted to come in. Finally called a nurse in who was terrible, told us we can just leave. So we left, asked her where the exit was so I could go somewhere else with my back pain and the nurse completely ignored us. Terrible service. Wish I got her name she should not be a nurse. Absolutely pathetic
Everyone was kind and even wished me late happy birthday. The wait wasn't long in urgent care. Thank you
