I was there on 4/14 for a nuclear stress test. This was 12 hours after a power outage in Madison where they get the necessary IV drug they use for the test. They had it sourced from a different system, but this obviously put them behind. They were not rushing or putting their anxiety in my lap. You wouldn't have known they were battling the clock outside of how they worked with each other...you could see the heightened team effort to provide the best patient care possible. I was always treated well. I knew why I was there and asked questions if I had any. I was always made to feel comfortable, at home, and given earbuds for music to help the time go by. Other quick images were easy in and out. Tip: It helps if you go prepared then you don't need the hospital gown.

Always professional and always on time. You can tell that they care about their patients.

The scheduling department is incompetent and lazy. They don’t know how pre authorization works and do not care how long you wait.
