went here like 3 or 4 times cause i struggle with psychotic depression, some of the staff is nice but the others will judge you but act like they aren´t being condescending. Steph is the nicest CNA tho and she really has a deep sense of understanding and perception. She was like a mom to me while i was there, and that says a lot since i have mom issues lmao. If i could give zero stars i would. Warning: do not assume this facility will actually help your family member. This is the 2nd time I have had a family member in their behavioral health department. It is also the second time that Gunderson has proven to be absolutely horrendous to work with to get your family member the help they need. The social worker on staff for the adolescents in need does not follow through and then attempts to blame her incompetence on others. This facility has been a life changing experience for me. From the Psychologist, nursing staff, RT, Peer Specialist, OT, Quyen, and all the way to the CNAs and BHS workers (Alicia was definitely amazing). Without the support of this place, I wouldn't be on the fast track of recovery and be where I am at today. Groups have been extremely beneficial to me and the support after leaving the hospital (the psychologists after care program) helped give me the support to transition I needed to succeed on my own.
