We were turned away from my daughter's eye appointment because they do not use the 15 minute check-in time on MyChart like the other Emplify departments we've seen. We arrived on site at the time shown on MyChart, but we had to circle the parking lot several times and ended up parking a block and a half away. By the time we arrived at check in, we were 10 minutes after the MyChart time, and when the receptionist called back, we were refused. Amazing clinic!!! Dr. Funk and his team are amazing! I am 25 years old and had a 4.75 prescription in my eyes for glasses and he did my lasik 4 days ago and I'm seeing clearer than ever!! The night of lasik i could see and the next morning I was seeing 20/15. That's better than 20/20, I am so thankful and blown away! Life changing!! And affordable!!! Would recommend to anyone.
