We were turned away from my daughter's eye appointment because they do not use the 15 minute check-in time on MyChart like the other Emplify departments we've seen. We arrived on site at the time shown on MyChart, but we had to circle the parking lot several times and ended up parking a block and a half away. By the time we arrived at check in, we were 10 minutes after the MyChart time, and when the receptionist called back, we were refused.
