I was COMPLETELY satisfied with choosing Gundersen Eye Clinic for my recent eye exam and glasses!!!!!! The staff treated me with the utmost respect and kindness and were very thorough!!! I also found beautiful frames in the color I had hoped to get,right that very day,that I was very thrilled about!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!! DEFINITELY a 5-star rating for me!!!!!!!!
Everything was great with one exception. The front desk receptionist was the the rudest, most unhelpful receptionist I’ve ever encountered.
Doctor Walker is very knowledgeable. The nurses are skillful and great to work with as well as the front desk staff. The pricing for the Optometrist service is in line with other doctors. As usual the pricing in the optical shop is going to be more expensive being in the same location as the doctors, pricing for convenience. The quality is usually better at the on site optical store. All services are 5 stars.
Ridiculously expensive! I will never be going to a Gunderson clinic ever again. No communication about insurance either.
The receptionist, nurse, doctor, and optician were all absolutely wonderful to work with! Thank you!
