They have taken well over a month to get my dads new glasses. He still doesnt have them. Ordered in November
I want to leave a ZERO!!!!! Talk about a rip off. I had an eye exam, I then proceeded to order my glasses there, even though they wouldn't accept my insurance. I ordered the glasses and when they came in, I could see nothing!!!! All blurry. I asked if I could come back with my old prescription and try to figure something out. Went back, remeasured and left some parts of the prescription off, changed to a lined bifocal, and asked if I could get a partial refund, HA!!!! $50 when it cost $160!!!!
