Scott and the young ladies that work there are AMAZING!! I had a warranty issue with my frames and Scott took care of it. No hassle no waffling just absolutely GREAT customer service. It is 45 miles for me to go there but all my future eye glass purchases will be here!! Thank you Scott and ladies I apologize I don't recall your names!!
Dr. Hafner was great, listened to what was going on, was quick with a solution! 10/10 definitely coming back for any eye issues!
Not happy with almost the whole experience here. The girls were very nice. That's the only positive to this place. They charge you$85 to go pick up "free" trial contacts. Never had that anywhere else. They don't tell you what you will be charged up front. They add stuff to your glasses you don't need. Mind you I realize they are all about making money . However screwing people over in the process not a fan of.
Great place everyone was awesome I recommend going there
