I left a message 48 hours ago requesting an exam for my 4 year old son and I have yet to hear back.
Ok place eye glass lady is always moody. Employees still wear masks...lol
I had an appointment scheduled at 2:20. I was asked to be there early when setting it up. I arrived at 2:00 and checked in with the front desk. At 3:00 I finally got up and walked out. No one bothered to even say they are running a little late. Very disrespectful. Do not waste your time at this establishment.
Eye clinic is great it's the lady working back with the eyeglasses is rude. Roberta was rude to me when I called to order replacement glasses for my boyfriend. Then when I came in to pick them up I asked the front desk specifically not to have to talk to her to pick them up. Roberta has to pop her head out to say something telling me to return the old ones even if they are in pieces.
