The Gunderson eye clinic system is amazing no matter which one you visit. They get you in and out and provide you with great news vision.
Everyone is very nice there so I’ll say that but yes you do wait awhile and then this last time I asked if they took my new insurance and they assured me they did (otherwise I would’ve went somewhere else) so I made an appointment a month later got a bill, i called and was told to ignore it that I am covered and they’re taking care of it now 4 months later got another bill I called to let them know that it still isn’t taken care of and all of a sudden I was never covered and it’s my fault (even though I checked with them pri... read more
Terrible. What probably would have been a 30 min appt turned into a 2 hour appt cuz they have one....ONE doctor jumping room to room. So you just sit there...waiting....forever.....and he's rude! Go somewhere else. If this is the only place your insurance covers. Make the drive elsewhere. This clinic is terrible!
I left a message 48 hours ago requesting an exam for my 4 year old son and I have yet to hear back.
