Dr. Ian Stock is an exceptional family medicine doctor! He is kind, patient, truly listen and always taking the time to explain everything clearly. He combines professionalism with a genuine compassion. Every visit feels calm and thorough, and I leave feeling reassured, supported, and confident about my health and the plan moving forward. Grateful to have a doctor who is not only highly competent, but also a truly good and caring human being.
I had a morning appt on 12/28/25, the weather was poor with a blizzard warning and I live 30 minutes out of town with good road conditions. I was considered a "no show" because I didn't arrive at check in time and arrived 3 minutes after my scheduled appt time. The parking lot was mostly empty. At arrival I was scolded by all 3 receptionists for being late and was warned to not be late for check in time again. No sympathy or concern that I made it safe with the road conditions.
