Dr. Siddiqui doesn't write prescriptions for anything. I had a fever and I was coughing up mucus in her office for forty-five minutes. She stayed on the other side of the room and wouldn't write me a prescription for a mucus decongestant. She told me to drink hot water and lemon. She didn't provide basic medical care or referrals clearly covered under my HMO plan. She didn't write any medically appropriate prescriptions, nor did she provide routine referrals for necessary care. During a visit, I sat in her office for approx. forty-five mins with a fever & severe coughing. Dr Zengou was wonderful. However their billing department is beyond a joke. They didn’t notify me until after a year since my surgery that there was a bill. Every single time I called, I got a different answer. We don’t have your insurance info, we mailed the claim, we sent claim electronically…After I found out there was an issue, I called them every couple of week to get this straightened out.
