De-sexing and check-ups have gone great (though weren't using up-to-date vaccination schedules). One very bad experience was the mismanaged emergency incident resulted in the death of our beloved dog (got sick day before we took to vet and died that afternoon at vet just before closing). Understandably we were upset losing a 5-year-old dog who went from fine to bad in less than 24 hours with no clear cause of death.
