Please beware of Maronda homes builders!! My brother and sister in law had a horrific experience with this udderly incompetent company. They were strung along for over two years to get their house built!! Ya I said two years! AND after all that time, was let down again with all the issues the house had. Bad siding job, bad tile job x2, broken cabinets, weak floor spots, dented garage door, front door trim.. etc. The amount of damage and poorly done work was legendary. Don't use this GC as a builder. My sister's experience has been a complete disaster. They are approaching 1 year late on closing, there are 100 plus difienciencies in the house that the builder is dragging feet to resolve.
