Lora PA is the absolute best, I wasn't a fan of my last pcp but she is amazing and truly care and listens to you!

First off I love my doctor! My problem is with the front desk staff! Today was the SECOND time I was treated quite poorly by them. Today I had my days mixed up but there was NO REASON for a piss poor attitude by them. The previous time I had an appointment show that was move up. Got there as was told no one could see me. Had messages on my chat to prove it. And was told it’s just a UTI. Not even two days later landed in the ER with a very bad bladder infection. Train your front desk people better please!!
